Great value for your money and comfortable rooms with complimentary refreshments. Convenient location that is easily accessible to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and entertainment options. the staff is generally friendly and accommodating.
The language barrier can be a challenge as the staff struggles to communicate in English. There is often confusion with reservations, resulting in double charges and lengthy refund processes.

Located in a quiet residency, this hotel is only a 5, minute walk from the Wukesong subway station. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with western toilets and enclosed hot showers. the all, you, can, eat breakfast buffet includes Chinese dishes, fruits. Enjoy the 24, hour front desk, friendly staff, and an elevator accessed by a key card for added security.
Occasional construction noise nearby may disturb some guests.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Wukesong subway station on line 1, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the major tourist attractions. The neighborhood was lovely and we felt safe and secure with the guarded gate at the entrance.
We would highly recommend this place to our friends.

The location is perfect for tourists who want to make the most of their city trip! It's just a short walk from the subway station and close to major tourist attractions. The amenities in the room were a pleasant surprise, there were plenty of complimentary drinks, and everything from toothpaste to shaving kit was provided. I also appreciated the sense of security that came with needing a key card to use the elevator.
Although the hotel had a great location and provided excellent amenities, I did notice a slight issue with cleanliness. There were some hairs on the bathrobe that didn't belong to me, and the hallway smelled like smoke, which made my sinuses sensitive.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The amenities in the room were great, including slippers, dressing gown, and complimentary water and soft drinks. The hotel facilities were very impressive, with a well-equipped gym and a variety of breakfast options. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of eateries around. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There was nothing we didn't like.
